I have been in the motor industry for over 30 years and have pretty much seen it all, that's not to say every now and then this industry throws a curve ball.

I started my career at a ford main dealer, I then moved on to VW/Audi, Porsche, Toyota, Honda, Breakdown recovery and the last 10 years at a Mercedes-Benz main dealer.

From inside the main dealer network I became very disillusioned at the way business was carried out on a daily basis and thought I could do a much better job. To be fair, that's not difficult. And if you've visited this site you've probably already had the dealer experience.
